Metron and Associates, Inc. is not your typical land surveying company. Joining the Metron team means that you will be working on large commercial construction projects, highway and utilities projects, residential subdivisions (plats), single family BLAs, GPS mapping/control surveys, and much more.

FIELD CREW -- As a member of the Metron field crew, you will utilize leading edge surveying technologies and field techniques. Electronic and robotic total stations as well as static and real-time kinematic GPS are routinely used -- sometimes on a single job site. We do our best to keep you well equipped with reliable field gear and serious 4 x 4 field vehicles.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF (PLS) -- Joining our professional staff puts you in the middle of the action. You will be responsible for managing projects and daily field crew missions. You will be helping generate high quality survey and map products via AutoDesk LDD 2002 drafting/GIS software. Metron professionals serve as integral members of the team and are supported with reliable project scheduling, seamless office-to-field communications, and an experienced administrative staff. Your excellent customer-oriented and leadership skills are rewarded at Metron.

DRAFTING TECHNICIANS, LSITs & GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) STAFF --
We are looking for individuals with a strong survey background, solid ACAD skills, problem solving abilities, and experience with land use planning, engineering and construction support, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and property law. This diverse and growing career track is rarely a part of surveying companies, but as our clients' needs change, so does our concept of what a modern survey company is.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF -- Great support staff is one key to a successful business. Top notch people are appreciated here. Your excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and MS Office computer skills are sought by Metron.
